Solution Consultant

Project and Service Delivery Management:

  • Be the main point of contact for our customers with regards to all project delivery activities.
  • Coordinate with customers, business representatives and Business Analyst.
  • Carry out project management activities like planning, risk, resources, and cost management.
  • Ensure Service Delivery activities such as project financial reporting, service level management, customer sensing is maintained and up to date.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Delivery Management.
  • Capture and document business requirements: URS, FRS, User stories, Use cases, etc…
  • Data Analysis and Data Mining.
  • Business Process & Data Modelling.
  • Proposes and presents recommendations and improvements.
  • Perform Business Development and identify, develop new opportunities in existing and new accounts.

  • Strong Understanding of SDLC, ITIL concepts, Database Design and Data Modelling concepts.

Skills

a. Demonstrate experience as a Project Manager/Analyst
b. Previous experience with working in large scale implementation projects
c. Experience on Integration and system interfaces

Qualifications:

  • (Mandatory) 2:1 Degree educated in Computer, Science or Technology related degree.
  • (Highly preferable) Project Management/Business Analyst Certification
Role: This role will be responsible for providing project and program management activities to strategic projects.
