Project and Service Delivery Management:
- Be the main point of contact for our customers with regards to all project delivery activities.
- Coordinate with customers, business representatives and Business Analyst.
- Carry out project management activities like planning, risk, resources, and cost management.
- Ensure Service Delivery activities such as project financial reporting, service level management, customer sensing is maintained and up to date.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Delivery Management.
- Capture and document business requirements: URS, FRS, User stories, Use cases, etc…
- Data Analysis and Data Mining.
- Business Process & Data Modelling.
- Proposes and presents recommendations and improvements.
- Perform Business Development and identify, develop new opportunities in existing and new accounts.

Skills
a. Demonstrate experience as a Project Manager/Analyst
b. Previous experience with working in large scale implementation projects
c. Experience on Integration and system interfaces
Qualifications:
- (Mandatory) 2:1 Degree educated in Computer, Science or Technology related degree.
- (Highly preferable) Project Management/Business Analyst Certification
Role: This role will be responsible for providing project and program management activities to strategic projects.
